How to Web Conference is a yearly startup and technology gathering held in Bucharest, Romania, and positioned as a central meeting point for the tech scene of Eastern Europe. It brings together founders, product and engineering teams, business developers and investors for several days of talks and networking.

The format runs over three days: a warm-up day with side events across the city, followed by two conference days with three stages, an expo floor, structured one-to-one meetings, roundtables and dedicated tracks for founders and investors, including an Investors Summit and startup programs such as Spotlight and Dealflow. The organizers report more than 3,000 attendees, about 500 founders and 250 investors at recent editions. The 2027 edition is set for October 5 to 7 in Bucharest.
