About the event
Product-Led Summit London is the London edition of a series of product-led growth conferences run by Product-Led Alliance, a community for people who build and grow software products. It is an in-person event over two days, with talks, workshops and discussions. It is held alongside several co-located go-to-market summits at the same venue, covering topics such as product marketing, revenue operations and customer success.
The London program looks at product-led growth from a European point of view. Typical themes include running self-serve growth across fragmented European markets, building AI features under the EU AI Act, designing products around GDPR and data residency, roadmapping, prioritisation and keeping product teams aligned with the rest of the business. Past speakers have included product leaders from companies such as Sage, Mastercard, Experian, Ocado Technology and Flo Health.
The audience is mostly product and growth practitioners and senior product decision-makers, largely from B2B software, fintech and larger tech companies. The organizer describes the London edition as having more than 150 attendees. App buyers, acquirers and investors are not presented as an audience.
For app founders, this is a learning and networking event about product strategy and self-serve growth, not a place to make deals. It may help subscription app teams think through activation, onboarding and pricing, but it is not built around mobile apps or app M&A.
Who should attend
The event suits app founders, product managers and growth leads who want to improve self-serve acquisition, activation and retention, especially when selling into European markets with strict data rules. They get practical frameworks and meet senior product people from established software companies.
Tip: if you plan to sell your app or raise money, use the event to test how clearly you can explain your growth and retention numbers to experienced product leaders. Bring a short one-page summary of your metrics so follow-up conversations are easy.
