AppGala Warsaw is the original city event of the AppGala series, which began in 2023 as a small ASO community gathering in the Polish capital and later expanded to other European cities such as Barcelona. Past Warsaw editions took place in July 2023, April 2024, March 2025, a meetup in August 2025 and June 2026.
The format is a compact evening event rather than an expo. A short block of talks and a panel on user acquisition, mobile marketing trends, product-led growth, AI and UA financing is followed by a long networking session with food and drinks. Recent speakers came from Google, Meta, AppsFlyer, Bolt, Rovio, Microsoft and Welltory, and sponsors included attribution, ad-intelligence, UA-financing and subscription-infrastructure companies. The 2026 edition gathered roughly 180 attendees, and the organizers report that more than half were founders or C-level.
Who should attend
The event suits mobile app and game founders, UA and performance marketers, product managers and monetization specialists, especially those working in Central and Eastern Europe. Attendees get practical talks from platform and tooling companies and a long informal evening for meeting peers. That makes it a convenient place to find partners, service providers or potential deal counterparts in a small setting.
