About the event
Wolves Summit is a series of events and a media platform that connects startup founders with investors, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe. The flagship edition takes place in Warsaw, and the organizer also runs other editions, such as a corporate dealflow summit in Krakow in October 2026.
The format combines plenary sessions, a pitch stage where founders present to investor panels, a one-to-one meeting programme supported by a matchmaking app, and networking receptions. The organizer's pages describe investor panels drawn from early-stage European VCs investing at pre-seed, seed and post-seed stages. The Warsaw edition also includes the European Startup Ecosystem Awards.
For Warsaw 2027 the organizer cites about 500 companies, over 100 investors, 250 founders and more than 2,000 one-to-one meetings. Agendas include panels on fundraising, venture funds and sector-specific pitch groups. The sources do not describe a dedicated mobile app or subscription app track, and they do not mention app acquirers.
For app founders, this is mainly a fundraising event: it is useful for meeting early-stage investors and practising a pitch. It is not an app M&A marketplace, so it suits teams raising a round for an app business more than owners looking to sell one.
Official website (opens in a new tab)Who should attend
Best for founders of app and software startups raising pre-seed, seed or post-seed money, and for investors scouting early-stage deals in Europe. Attendees get pitch practice, investor panels and one-to-one meetings. It is less suited to owners who only want to sell a finished app to an acquirer.
Tips: prepare a short pitch deck and clear revenue and retention figures before the event, and shortlist the investors whose stated stage and sector match your app so you can book meetings early.
