About the event
CEE VC Summit is a two-day, invitation-only conference in Warsaw run by Vestbee, a platform that connects startups, investors and other ecosystem players in Central and Eastern Europe. It is designed for venture capital fund managers rather than for founders, and the organizer describes it as bringing together more than 200 general partners and selected limited partners.
The program is split into two agenda days. The stated aims are to strengthen relations inside the region, exchange insights and link the local market with more mature VC ecosystems. Testimonials on the page come from partners at funds such as Point Nine, Earlybird, Credo Ventures and IVP, and they stress meeting investors from the region and from outside it, co-investment conversations and the chance to understand the fragmented CEE ecosystem in a short time.
The next edition is scheduled for 16-17 March 2027 in Warsaw. Admission is by application for an invitation, so attendance is not open to anyone who buys a ticket.
For app founders, this is not a place to pitch or to meet app buyers or acquirers; the sources describe a gathering of VC fund managers and LPs. It is mainly useful as a window into how regional investors think, and only indirectly for fundraising, for example through contacts at funds that you may later approach.
Who should attend
Best suited to VC fund managers, general partners and selected LPs from Central and Eastern Europe and beyond. App founders can only attend if invited, so treat it mostly as a source of market insight about regional investors. If you are preparing to raise money, read the published agenda and speaker and fund lists, then shortlist funds that fit your stage. Ask your existing investors or advisors for warm introductions to those funds instead of relying on the event itself.
