mDevCamp is a mobile development conference held in Prague and run by Futured Apps, a Czech app development company. The 2026 edition, which took place on June 3 and 4 at Holešovice Market, was its twelfth, and the organizers report more than 500 mobile developers in the audience, with about 45 percent coming back year after year. As of October 2026, the next edition has not been announced.
The program centers on engineering for Android, iOS, Kotlin Multiplatform and Flutter. It combines in-depth technical talks, stories from production apps about what worked and what failed, and hands-on workshops. Speakers and organizers are working practitioners, and the team also runs mobile meetups alongside the main conference.
The audience is mostly developers from Central and Eastern Europe and the rest of the continent who write code and ship mobile apps. The site does not mention investors, app buyers, acquirers or monetization specialists, and business topics such as subscriptions, growth or app sales are not part of the stated focus.
For app founders, mDevCamp is mainly a learning and community event. It is a good place to sharpen technical skills, follow the mobile stack, and meet experienced engineers or development partners, but it is not a venue for selling an app or raising money.
Who should attend
Best suited to founders who still write code, technical co-founders, CTOs and mobile engineering leads working with Android, iOS, Kotlin Multiplatform or Flutter. They get practical know-how from production case studies and workshops, plus contact with experienced developers from across Europe.
Tip for founders preparing a sale or a raise: use the event to talk with senior engineers about your architecture and tech debt, since buyers and investors will examine your code during due diligence. It is also a reasonable place to find developers who could help with a handover after a sale.
